The Rothschild family combined with the Dutch House of Orange to found
Bank of Amsterdam in the early 1600's as the world's first private
central bank. Prince William of Orange married into the English House
of Windsor, taking King James II's daughter Mary as his bride. The
Orange Order Brotherhood, which more recently fomented Northern
Ireland Protestant violence, put William III on the English throne
where he ruled both Holland and Britain. In 1694 William III teamed
up with the Rothschilds to launch the Bank of England.
The Old Lady of Threadneedle Street- as the Bank of England is known-
is surrounded by thirty foot walls. Three floors beneath it the third
largest stock of gold bullion in the world is stored. The biggest
hoard lies beneath the Rothschild-controlled Federal Reserve Bank of
New York. According to the excellent movie The Money Masters, much of
this gold was confiscated from now-empty vaults at Fort Knox as
collateral on US debt obligations to the Eight Families Federal
Reserve crowd.
This financial mafia further consolidated its control over the world's
gold stock when 200 million ounces of the stuff belonging to the Bank
of Nova Scotia was recovered from beneath the carnage of the World
Trade Center. One day after its November 1, 2001 recovery, New York
Mayor Rudy Guliani laid off hundreds of rescue workers at Ground Zero.
A short time later he was knighted by Queen Elizabeth and named Time
magazine's "Man of the Year".
The daily London gold "fixing" occurs at the N. M. Rothschild Bank in
the City of London. Here, five of the Eight Families-linked banks
unilaterally decide what the price of gold will be each morning.
Kleinwort Benson's Sharps Pixley subsidiary is one of five firms.
Another is Mocatta Metals. It is majority-owned by Standard
Chartered- the Cecil Rhodes-founded bank whose Dubai branch wired
Mohammed Atta the funds he needed to carry out the 911 operation.
According to British MP Michael Meacher in an article for The
Guardian, Omar Saeed Sheikh- the man who beheaded US journalist Daniel
Pearl in 2002- was a British MI-6 agent. He says it was Sheikh who-
at the behest of Pakistani ISI General Mahmood Ahmed- wired the
$100,000 to Mohammed Atta from Standard Chartered's Dubai branch
before 911. Meacher's claim has been corroborated by Dennis Lomel-
director of FBI's financial crimes unit- and by an October 11, 2001
article in The Times of India. Mocatta Metals is also a favorite
conduit for Israeli Mossad financing.
Midland Bank subsidiary Samuel Montagu is a third London gold "fixer".
In 1999 Midland, headquartered in cocaine-money infested Panama, was
bought by the British oligarchy-controlled HSBC- the old Hong Kong
Shanghai Bank Corporation opium laundry and now the world's second
largest bank. Midland is partially owned by the Kuwaiti al-Sabah
monarchy. The other two gold fixers are Johnson Matthey and N. M.
Rothschild, both of which have interlocking boards with Anglo-American
and HSBC.
Anglo-American is the world's third largest mining company. It is
controlled by the Rothschilds and South Africa's Oppenheimer family.
It owns both Engelhardt- which enjoys a near monopoly in global gold
refining- and the DeBeers diamond monopoly. The current De Beers
chairman is Nicky Oppenheimer. De Beers was indicted in 1994 for
price-fixing by the US Justice Department. To this day company
officials do not set foot on US soil for fear they may be nabbed by US
authorities.
The Rothschilds also control BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto, the two
biggest global miners, as well as Royal Dutch/Shell, BP and Bank of
America. As Bank of England Deputy Governor George Blunden put it,
"Fear is what makes the bank's powers so acceptable. The bank is able
to exert its influence when people are dependent on us and fear losing
their privileges or when they are frightened."
Mayer Amschel Rothschild sold the British government German Hessian
mercenaries to fight against American Revolutionaries, diverting the
proceeds to his brother Nathan in London, where N.M. (Nathan and
Mayer) Rothschild & Sons was established. Mayer was a serious student
of Cabala and launched his fortune on money embezzled from William IX-
royal administrator of the Hesse-Kassel region and a prominent
Freemason.
Rothschild-controlled Barings bankrolled the Chinese opium and African
slave trades. It financed the Louisiana Purchase. When several
states defaulted on its loans, Barings bribed Daniel Webster to make
speeches stressing the virtues of loan repayment. The states held
their ground, so the House of Rothschild cut off the money spigot in
1842, plunging the US into a deep depression. It was often said that
the wealth of the Rothschilds depended on the bankruptcy of nations.
Mayer Amschel Rothschild once said, "I care not who controls a
nation's political affairs, so long as I control her currency".
War also enhanced the family fortune. The House of Rothschild
financed the Prussian War, the Crimean War and the British attempt to
seize the Suez Canal from the French. Nathan Rothschild made a huge
financial bet on Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo, while also
funding the Duke of Wellington's peninsular campaign against Napoleon.
Both the Mexican War and the Civil War were goldmines for the family.
A Rothschild family biography mentions a London meeting where an
"international banking syndicate" decided to pit the American North
against the South as part of a "divide and conquer" strategy. German
Chancellor Otto von Bismarck once stated, "The division of the United
States into federations of equal force was decided long before the
Civil War. These bankers were afraid that the United States…would
upset their financial domination over the world. The voice of the
Rothschilds prevailed."
Rothschild biographer Derek Wilson says the family was the official
European banker to the US government via the Federal Reserve-precursor
Bank of the United States. Family biographer Niall Ferguson notes a
"substantial and unexplained gap" in Rothschild correspondence from
1854-1860. He says all copies of outgoing letters written by the
London Rothschilds during this Civil War period "were destroyed at the
orders of successive partners".
French and British troops had, at the height of the Civil War,
encircled the US. The British sent 11,000 troops to Crown-controlled
Canada, which gave safe harbor to Confederate agents. France's
Napoleon III installed Austrian Hapsburg family member Archduke
Maximilian as his puppet emperor in Mexico, where French troops massed
on the Texas border. Only an 11th-hour deployment of two Russian
warship fleets by US ally Czar Alexander II in 1863 saved the United
States from re-colonization. That same year the Chicago Tribune
blasted, "Belmont (August Belmont was a US Rothschild agent and had a
Triple Crown horse race named in his honor) and the Rothschilds…who
have been buying up Confederate war bonds."
President Abraham Lincoln- now aware of the Eight Families-controlled
Bank of the United States plot- countered by issuing Greenbacks from
the US Treasury. The London bankers were fuming. Salmon Rothschild
stated derisively of President Lincoln, "He rejects all forms of
compromise. He has the appearance of a peasant and can only tell
barroom stories."
Lincoln was soon assassinated by John Wilkes Booth, who was whisked
away from Ford Theatre by members of a secret society known as Knights
of the Golden Circle. Booth's granddaughter later wrote This One Mad
Act, in which she details Booth's contacts with "mysterious Europeans"
just before the Lincoln assassination.
Baron Jacob Rothschild was equally flattering towards the US
citizenry. He once commented to US Minister to Belgium Henry Sanford
on the over half a million Americans who died during the Civil War,
"When your patient is desperately sick, you try desperate measures,
even to bloodletting."
Salmon and Jacob were merely carrying forth a family tradition. A few
generations earlier Mayer Amschel Rothschild bragged of his investment
strategy, "When the streets of Paris are running in blood, I buy".
Mayer Rothschild's sons were known as the Frankfurt Five. Amschel ran
the family's Frankfurt bank with his father, while Nathan ran London
operations. Youngest son Jacob set up shop in Paris, while Salomon
ran the Vienna branch and Karl the branch in Naples. Author Frederick
Morton estimates that by 1850 the Rothschilds were worth over $10
billion. The old axiom "money begets more money" certainly holds
true. Researchers believe that the Rothschild fortune today exceeds
$100 trillion.
The Warburgs, Kuhn Loebs, Goldman Sachs, Schiffs and Rothschilds have
intermarried into one big happy banking family. The Warburg family-
which controls Deutsche Bank and Banque Paribas- tied up with the
Rothschilds in 1814 in Hamburg, while Kuhn Loeb powerhouse Jacob
Schiff shared quarters with Rothschilds in 1785. Schiff immigrated to
America in 1865. He joined forces with Abraham Kuhn and married
Solomon Loeb's daughter. Loeb and Kuhn married each others sisters
and the Kuhn Loeb dynasty was consummated. Felix Warburg married
Jacob Schiff's daughter. Two Goldman daughters married two sons of
the Sachs family, creating Goldman Sachs. In 1806 Nathan Rothschild
married the oldest daughter of Levi Barent Cohen, a leading financier
in London. The Cohen family was now part of the club.
Today the Rothschild's control a far-flung financial empire, which
includes majority stakes in nearly all the world's central banks. The
Edmond de Rothschild clan owns the Banque Privee SA in Lugano,
Switzerland and the Rothschild Bank AG of Zurich. The family of Jacob
Lord Rothschild owns the powerful Rothschild Italia in Milan. They
are members of the exclusive Club of the Isles, which provides capital
for George Soros' Quantum Fund NV. Quantum made a killing in
1998-1999 destroying the currencies of Thailand, Indonesia and Russia.
Soros was a major shareholder in George W. Bush's Harken Energy.
Quantum NV handles $11-14 billion in assets and operates from the
Dutch island of Curacao, in the shadow of massive Royal Dutch/Shell
and Exxon Mobil refineries. Curacao was recently cited by an OECD
Task Force on Money Laundering as a major drug money laundering
nation. The Club of Isles group which funds Quantum is led by the
Rothschilds and includes Queen Elizabeth II and other wealthy European
aristocrats and Black Nobility. Fugitive Swiss financier and Mossad
cutout Marc Rich, whose business interests were recently taken over by
the Russian mafia Alfa Group, is also part of the Soros network. Rich
was pardoned by President Clinton as he exited the White House.
Ties to drug money are nothing new to the Rothschilds. N. M.
Rothschild & Sons was at the epicenter of the BCCI scandal, but
escaped the limelight when a warehouse full of documents conveniently
burned to the ground around the time the Rothschild-controlled Bank of
England shut BCCI down. The Rothschild's Bank of America provided the
seed money to launch BCCI.
Perhaps the largest repository for Rothschild wealth today is
Rothschilds Continuation Holdings AG- a secretive Swiss bank holding
company. By the late 1990s scions of the Rothschild global empire
were Barons Guy and Elie de Rothschild in France and Lord Jacob and
Sir Evelyn Rothschild in Britain. Evelyn is chairman of the
Economist.
If we wish we make the world a better place and to usher in a new
consciousness; we must study, discuss and expose the source of global
warfare, depopulation schemes, oil-addiction, drug addiction, poverty
and environmental degradation. The head of the serpent is the House
of Rothschild.

It would be interesting to know what kinds of crimes the "Nazis' were
supposed to have committed, according to Russian (Putin's and
Varovaya's) opinions [expressed on a Russia Today article Ed.] . The
mass murder of Polish military officers in the Katyn forest perhaps?
Or the "benign" activities of Soviet indoctrinated, trained and
financed Bolshevik agents, Jewish to a man (and woman), in Germany,
subverting Germany's efforts of self-defense in WW I and her
subsequent struggle to survive the Versailles Siege during the
interregnum up to 1941, and by sabotaging and inciting violent
insurrection in the Soviet spirit of "international peace and
security"?
Fact is, Varovaya's, as well as Putin's, generation wasn't even born
at the time in question and all they "know" is the indoctrination with
the history of the victors, which everybody knows is always phoney,
consisting of lies and the distortion of history into its 180 degrees
opposite, with a sprinkling of suitable truth here and there, to
provide a threadbare credibility; Soviet crimes simply being dumped
upon the unblemished Wehrmacht's record.
That's a truth that the current generation of Russians avoids like the
devil the holy water. To check if their "truth" is actually legit,
i.e. to revise it if necessary, Varovaya and Putin, as well as the
dutifully kowtowing MPs, perceive as a criminal offense, playing deaf,
dumb and blind to the obvious inconsistencies and contradictions being
revealed in the Kremlin's own archives if merely glanced at with a
minimum of sincerity. What good is free inquiry if publishing the
results, let alone even whispering them to others, are soon to be
punished in Russia harsher than rape and murder, just as in the
Western democracies. Same difference!
Did the Wehrmacht commence with the attack on the Soviet Union just on
a whim? Or was it a necessary preemptive strike, as a response to the
Red Army's string of prior aggressions, its attacks on Finland, the
Baltic states, Poland and Rumania, including a Bolshevik coup d'etat
in Belgrade, in the spirit of peace and security, of course, by way of
violent World Revolution, another term for Soviet imperialism, which
in Varovaya's mind had apparently no part in it. That term, Soviet
imperialism, is conspicuously absent from the Russian leadership's
idea of justice and truth. Only Germany had imperialistic ambitions,
and that can't be talked about enough. It's practically being etched
in stone. Although that claim is as phoney as a three dollar bill. And
Varovaya knows it, too.

Soviet military activities left no doubt about who would be next –
with or without the Molotov/Ribbentrop pact – namely, the imminent
attack on Germany with the biggest concentration of offensive forces,
over 160 divisions, armed with a colossal amount of the latest
military attack hardware; the largest such military attack force in
the history of the world, lined up along Germany's borders. Was it
simply there to "protect the USSR", without having made no (ZERO)
defensive preparations? No trenches, no barbed wire obstructions, no
mine fields, no anti tank barriers, no air defense, no interceptor
fighter planes, no rearward ammunition and supply stores, none such.
Just a huge concentration of offensive armaments ready to pounce. It
was obvious, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the Red Army was poised
to attack not just Germany, but all of Europe. And in doing so it
offered itself as a perfect target to be destroyed in one fell swoop.
I'm sure Varovaya will have a perfectly innocent explanation for it.
Russians are nothing if not apt in rationalizing their willful tunnel
vision, if not outright lying, obviously.
And wasn't "the great patriotic war" nothing but the vicious revenge
of a fuming bully filled with hateful rage, out of humiliation for
having been thwarted by a smart sucker punch from the Wehrmacht, a
flea daring to sting Misha the bear, forced into chaotic and panicked
retreat, nay run, and almost defeated within a year; if it hadn't been
for the massive amounts of material and financial aid of the Western
allies? All that beautiful and expensive armament lost in less than a
week, when Stalin had already been that close to realizing his world
revolution with an overwhelming military leviathan and, as a fringe
benefit, realizing his delusions of grandeur in the process? The
Russian ego must've been hurt something fierce.
To boost their frail self-esteem, Russians now celebrate every year
their "victory" with bombastic parades, ridiculous and silly in their
pretentiousness, with their soldiers sticking their noses up into the
wind as if they can't get enough of the stink of decomposing corpses
of the millions of German women and children the sadistic piss-tanks
of a Red Army tortured, raped and murdered.
But hey, it's water under the bridge, right? So let bygones be bygones
. . . except for the Nazis who, as the old Soviet guard defensively
clamors, did worse to peace loving Russians who were innocently
minding their own business.
Germany, being openly threatened with extinction by the hostility and
hate propaganda that surrounded her, was compelled to rebuild, with
every justification, the Wehrmacht — a true defense force — which she
had previously been conned into dismantling. Being a far smaller
nation in terms of population and arms, with very limited resources of
her own, Germany had to defend herself against enemies of vast
numerical superiority, not just the USSR, each with their unlimited
resources, bent from the get-go to finish what the Versailles Siege
had not quite managed to accomplish, namely, the utter destruction of
every trace of Germany and her people. Considering that it took the
colossal Red Army and over fifty other nations, four long years to
bring little Germany to its knees in a defeat that was from the start
a foregone conclusion, Russia should be ashamed, rather than
celebrating.
By most of her enemies, the Wehrmacht, unlike the Red Army, was being
regarded after WW II, worldwide, with the highest respect as the most
disciplined, spirited and fairest fighting army in the world. Even
Stalin agreed with that. The real heroes, then, unlike the Soviets,
were the German soldiers; and they don't perform self-glorifying
parades, like Russian peacocks.

As to the Nuremberg IMT as an international tribunal, it was a cruel
joke. Most of the attorneys organizing it were Jews bent on revenge
not justice, just as its Soviet members were (all of them war
criminals on steroids). It was a lynch mob set-up who had to invent
war crimes that weren't any, and to torture confessions out of
soldiers to have something, anything, to justify their insane bloody
revenge, going through the fake motions of a phony tribunal that was
just oozing with bias, hate and malice.
Over two hundred flag officers of the Western allies attested to this
image of the IMT, and of the American and British attorneys who
participated in it some expressed shame of having been part of it.
Others don't even want to talk about it . . . also out of shame. Only
Russians, like Putin and Varovaya, and all those war criminals among
the allies who have a lot to hide, are shameless enough to claim that
it was a fair and legitimate tribunal. Even though the Soviets
couldn't make their accusation of the Katyn massacre stick, for lack
of evidence, despite forged documents and affidavits, nine innocent
German officers were strangled to death for it anyway. Russian revenge
pretending to be just, even now, almost 80 years since.

I have listened to Putin's speech, in almost perfect accent free
German, in the Bundestag, and couldn't believe the arrogance and
hypocrisy of that man. There he stood, pretending to be a veritable
dove of good will, talking eloquently about the greatness of German
culture in the past and how close the amiable traditions between
Germany and Russia had been and how desirable it would be to
reestablish such conditions again.
But not one word about the thwarted Soviet invasion or the subsequent
atrocious and sadistic rampages of the Red Army, not only committed on
German injured soldiers and POWs but also on their own populations,
now being blamed on the Wehrmacht; let alone an apology or some
expression of regret; all the while being applauded by former Stasi
snitches and pedophile perverts, all of them greedy maggots at the
trough, the worst traitors Germany had ever to endure, installed and
micro managed by the former allies. This mob of felons got their
guilty consciences soothed with Putin's oily, dishonest and entirely
specious rhetoric, to be sure.

In fact, Putin, nay Russia at large, is terrified of the truth and the
deleterious effect on Russian self-perception it might have. That's
what's driving Varovaya and Putin to protect their lies in law; and
that is also why Russia Today plays along by repeating nothing but
lies with routine monotony.
The question is how Russia expects to ever normalize relations under
these circumstances. No nation with a shred of self-esteem would

Dear Free Speech Advocates and Radical Press Supporters,
On Tuesday, July 9th, 2013 I once again donned my suit and tie and
along with my dedicated wife drove into the small city of Quesnel in
order to attend court on the matter of the Sec. 319(2) CCC charge and
arrest for the purported crime of "willfully promoting hatred against
'people of the Jewish religion or ethnic group' originally brought on
by B'nai Brith Canada's Harry Abrams and serial Section 13 complainant
Richard Warman.
At my last appearance on May 28th, 2013 I had expected to find out
whether or not the Crown's new strategy of going for a "direct
indictment" instead of allowing me to have the customary preliminary
hearing in order to determine whether they had a strong enough case to
move forward to a trial by judge and jury it turned out that the B.C.
Attorney General's office had still not made up its mind. As a result
Judge Morgan was forced to extend the time period further and set a
new date of July 9, 2013, one which Crown Counsel Jennifer Johnston
felt would give the AG's office more than sufficient time to determine
whether to go ahead with Crown's proposed unusual move.
It was a welcome relief for my wife and myself to finally get a month
and a half off from the seemingly endless and onerous legal harassment
that's been going on since May of 2012. Unless someone has been forced
to run through this gauntlet of appearance upon appearance combined
with never-ending and surprising changes whenever they do appear it's
hard to imagine the stress and strain that it puts upon a person or a
relationship in the case of a married couple. Now we basically could
get on with our lives for a few weeks at least and enjoy a little
peace and quiet while the Crown was making up its mind as to what
direction the proceedings would take.
June passed without any word on the direct indictment and July also
brought forth nothing in the way of new disclosure on this matter.
Finally on Monday, July 8, 2013, the day prior to my appearance I
received an email letter from CC Johnston containing a one line
statement, "The Crown will not be filing a direct indictment on file
25166-5."
Knowing that the Attorney General's office would not be going for a
direct indictment was good news and meant that at least now there was
a still a glimmer of hope that I might be able to proceed with my
Rowbotham application (to get a government funded legal counsel to
defend me) and hold a preliminary inquiry to determine the merits of
the aforementioned Sec. 319(2) charge.
The time for the appearance was 1:30 p.m. and we were there, as usual,
a few minutes in advance. When I checked the docket on the wall
outside the lower court room where the proceedings have been taking
place I noticed that my name wasn't on the list! What's going on now
was my first thought. I double checked just to make sure I hadn't
missed it and then decided to go upstairs to the court registry office
to find out what was going on when one of the court clerks came by and
said that there wasn't going to be a court appearance for me today and
that I should go up to the next floor and see the trial coordinator.
This has been the manner in which the Crown has acted since the
beginning of my case. Knowing that I don't have a lawyer to represent
me Crown Counsel Jennifer Johnston, when she sent me her email the day
before, could easily have informed me at the same time that I wouldn't
have to appear in court and instead ought to see the trial coordinator
to set up dates for my Rowbotham application and for the preliminary
hearing. But, out of either oversight or spite (and given all of her
previous aggressiveness and calculated efforts to have me perceived in
the same light as a child pornographer I would venture to say that
it's the latter) she failed to notify of this simple procedure.
So I and my dear wife went into the trial coordinator's office and
discussed the three immediate concerns related to my case. The
coordinator was obviously becoming impatient with all the delays over
the past months and was determined to set some dates. The first thing
on her agenda was to call, via telephone, Keith Evans who is legal
counsel for the B.C. Attorney General's office in order to discuss my
Rowbotham application which he is overseeing. There was some banter
back and forth between the two parties in order to clarify exactly
what was going on. I had submitted my Notice of Application and
Affidavit to the AG back on April 23, 2013 and received a package of
material back from Mr. Evans on May 11th explaining all the additional
information that I was expected to furnish him with prior to a hearing
taking place on the matter.
Then, when Crown suddenly decided to go for a direct indictment things
changed and I had to wait for verification on that matter prior to
completing the Rowbotham application because of the fact that if a
direct indictment was going to be the method of proceeding then I
would have to make the Rowbotham application out for a lawyer who
would represent at the trial stage. If a direct indictment wasn't
going to be method used then I would have to make the application out
to get a lawyer to represent me at the preliminary hearing.
Now that we knew what direction the Crown was heading in AG counsel
Evans told the trial coordinator that he needed the additional
information from me regarding my financial status before proceeding
with the Rowbotham application and that then the Crown could set a
date for a hearing on the application. The trial coordinator set
August 13th, 2013 as the time in which I should have completed the
required additional information and furnished AG Evans with it. When I
returned to her office on that date we would then fix a date for a
hearing on the matter. I would be expected to appear at this
determined time and defend myself without counsel as I attempted to
justify why I felt I could not afford to hire a lawyer and why I also
felt that the case was much too important and complex for me to deal
with it on my own. The outcome of this hearing will decide whether or
not I will qualify for a government appointed lawyer to assist me in
my defense. If I am refused it means having to go it alone without
counsel and that could drastically change the nature of the case in
undetermined ways.
One further point regarding the Rowbotham application and the
preliminary hearing needs to be highlighted here. From the outset of
this "hate crime" show trial venture by the Crown there's been a
concerted effort to downplay the preliminary hearing stage of events.
Why this is occurring I'm not exactly sure but it's been happening
over and over again to the point where I feel it needs to be
discussed. The primary purpose of a preliminary hearing is to
determine whether or not the Crown has sufficient evidence to proceed
to trial. Crown has also been stating that there is a very low
threshold which it needs to meet in order for the case to proceed but
I believe there are some critical issues which they are overlooking.
In my case where the Crown itself (through the actions of the RCMP)
broke the law right from the start by issuing an illegal search
warrant to Det. Cst. Terry Wilson that then allowed his "Hate Crime
Team" to enter my home and steal all of computers, email files and
subsequently all of my firearms was a fundamental breach of the
Criminal Code of Canada which states under Section 183 that a Sec.
319(2) "offense" does NOT allow for search and seizure of an accused
premises and the removal or interception of any private communications
or electronic files. My former counsel Doug Christie had allotted 5
days of time in order to deal with this and other matters during the
preliminary hearing but in fixing a date the trial co-ordinator booked
for only 5 hours on the January 22nd. I will be checking into this
further as well as addressing it with counsel should my Rowbotham
application prove successful.
Having dealt with that issue the trial coordinator then brought up the
matter of my previous application to the court regarding
particularization of disclosure. Readers who have been following these
updates will know that I applied earlier on for particularization of
the evidence so that I could get an idea of what it was that the Crown
was planning to use during the trial to determine that I ought to be
found guilty of this "hate" crime. All I now have is well over a
thousand pages of documents filled with all sorts of articles, online
books, etc. that the Crown (via Det. Cst. Terry Wilson of the BC Hate
Crime Unit) has been downloading from RadicalPress.com in what it
purports to be an "ongoing investigation" to back up their claim that
I am guilty of committing said Sec. 319(2) 'crime'. In order for me to
defend myself against these charges I need to know what posts on the
website are being used but when the application first came up before
Judge Wilson on May 28th, 2013 Crown Counsel Johnston attempted, with
a rhetorical flourish of her hand, to simply dismiss the application
outright stating that there was no legal precedent or case law that
required the Crown to furnish me with any particularization
whatsoever. Given that my application was one which had been prepared
by my former counsel Douglas Christie and was replete with case law
backing it up, all the sound and fury emanating from CC Johnston
appeared to signify nothing beyond theatrical antics rather than
anything legal and so Judge Morgan determined not to delve further
into it. The trial coordinator asked me if I would like to address
the matter when I returned to court on August 13th and I said that
would be fine.
The final date to fix was one for the preliminary hearing and already,
because of the many delays and circumlocutions instigated by the
Crown, this meant that it wouldn't be taking place until next year.
After checking her schedule the trial coordinator chose the date of
January 22nd, 2014 for the preliminary hearing with an estimate time
of 5 hours allotted. She also set a date of January 7, 2014 for a
trial confirmation hearing. All of these proposed dates could possibly
change if the Rowbotham application is approved and my new counsel has
any concerns over anything.

Cyndi Steele, wife of Edgar Steele and alleged victim in the murder
for hire plot the government says was hatched to kill her and her
mother, announced the release of a documentary film; Witness to the
Persecution – The Plot to Silence Edgar Steele which reveals many
disturbing tactics used to convict her husband, whom she vigorously
maintains is innocent. The government cited money from life insurance
as Mr. Steele's motive when the couple had canceled their life
insurance years before.

On July 8th, Edgar will have his first appellate hearing in Portland,
Oregon before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Following the
hearing, attorney Wesley Hoyt and Cyndi Steele will hold a press
conference in front of the Courthouse to release to the press copies
of a 2-1/2 hour video expose.
Cyndi is requesting that the US media take a hard look at this case
which Edgar's attorney Wesley W. Hoyt calls a "KGB show-trial
orchestrated strictly to silence freedom of speech."
Specifically, the documentary exposes: perjury and evidence tampering
by FBI Special Agent Michael Sotka, the invalidity of the search
warrant, judicial misconduct by Judge Winmill in excluding two key
defense audio experts, eavesdropping by the Federal Marshals in
violation of the attorney-client privilege and giving copies of those
privileged discussions to prosecutors, an interview with audio expert
Dennis Walsh demonstrating that the Government's two audio recordings
should have been inadmissible, how the Federal Government blackmailed
Edgar's defense attorney Robert T. McAllister into sabotaging the
defense of Edgar's case, an
interview with an eye-witness to Edgar's June 11, 2010 arrest
demonstrating that 45 minutes was deleted as a cover up from the
recording made at the Steele ranch.
Former prosecutor, Hoyt maintains that had McAllister simply
challenged the obvious invalidity of the search warrant, Edgar's case
would have been dismissed. McAllister later admitted he was
ineffective and blamed it on his psychological problems that caused
his disbarment in June 2011 less than a month after the Steele trial
ended. What the defense did not know was that McAllister had been
investigated during the Steele trial and was indicted in July 2011 by
the same US Government that was prosecuting Steele.
"The Government had a clear conflict of interest as it investigated
Mr. McAllister in the months leading up to the Steele trial and should
have demanded the defense attorney's removal to prevent leveraging Mr.
Steele's criminal case to allow Mr. McAllister to curry favor in his
own criminal case. Mr. McAllister ended up with a few months in
prison, whereas his client, Mr. Steele, received 50 years. The whole
case stinks," said Hoyt.
McAllister violated a written order to have a key audio expert served
with a subpoena and then lied to Mrs. Steele, who was standing by to
fly the expert in, stating, "Ed didn't want the subpoena." A written
memo of instruction from Mr. Steele to his attorney shows that he
consistently demanded the audio expert be subpoenaed.
According to public records, shortly after McAllister was hired, the
Government began a criminal investigation against him and combed his
private law office so there is no question he knew he was the target
of a government investigation. McAllister and the government kept all
this investigation secret until after Edgar was sentenced in November
2011, the Indictment was then released and McAllister went to prison.
Other government corruption included the fact that the admitted car
bomber, Larry Fairfax, was never charged with attempted murder even
though one of the government's own BATF agents testified that it was
the "most destructive pipe bomb he had seen." Instead, he was charged
with "illegal fireworks" and was released in the Spring of 2012.
The Steele video documentary includes court documents, transcripts,
evidence, interviews with witnesses, friends and family along with
examples of how the government's own documents prove FBI perjury as
well as other felonies committed by the prosecution team.
Cyndi Steele maintains that the real criminals in this case are FBI
Special Agent Michael Sotka, U.S. attorney Wendy Olson, and
Prosecutors Traci Whelen and Marc Hawes. In her opinion, Judge Winmill
facilitated and participated in this conspiracy to illegally prosecute
and convict her husband with many incorrect rulings plus an order
prohibiting anyone from criticizing the government.
