joking about the fact I agree with that statement? If so, think again.
If anybody cares to notice, I sent this email only to my fellow
Canadians. To Hell with the godamned Yankees who falsely imprisoned me
for reasons of filthy lucre and malice. I am going for a putt on me
bike for awhile way down and Dixieland. I hope the bastards leave me

Spitzer endorsed Kerry just in time for the GOP in Washington to
get the low down. Now I will let you folks in on the circus. Please
find enclosed an exact copy of a letter with all of its enclosures
received by The New York Ethics Commission amongst others, a letter to
the General Counsel of Cendant Corp and a letter to Congressman Tim
Ryan. The copy of wiretap tape numbered 139 is served upon you in
confidence as officers of the court in order that it may be properly
investigated. I could not serve one upon Mr. Bloomberg because he is
not a lawyer. Therefore this letter and CD is sent to Carol A.
Robles-Roman, a lawyer who advises him in his duties as Mayor of New
York. Her past experiences as a lawyer should be of great aid to her
in explaining my concerns to Mr. Bloomberg. Considering Mr.
Bloomberg�s involvement with the stock exchange and the media, I found
it highly unlikely that a man who takes pride in being well informed
was not aware of me. I stress tested that thinking last week after
talking to one of his reporters. I called the Mayor�s office and
received permission to fax him my concerns. When his office turned the
fax machine off I knew he knew. If I had mistaken or their machine had
failed them they would have called me back in order to complete the
transmission. After all Mr. Bloomberg is in the business of reporting
news about the stock market. Lawyer or not he should be ethical in his
journalistic aspirations and report the truth if he expects people to
believe him. All of you are required to be ethical and obey the Rules
of Professional Conduct report crimes or stand guilty of assisting in
them. If you disagree, sue me. I dare you.
I see no need to explain the enclosed documents etc. I am
certain that each of you are well aware of my concerns and
allegations. Today I simply prove it byway of the US Mail and make you
all witnesses to my pursuit of justice in the USA. I will name you as
such in the complaint I will be filing against the USA. As lawyers you
should easily see and understand the crimes recorded in the public
record and provided for your review. Do you stand with me or against
me in these allegations of civil rights violations and other crimes?
Who do you think I should sue first Bush or Kerry or both?
With the exception of Brian Mulroney you are all well-known GOP
politicians that have done well off the fat of the land as you helped
yourselves and others partake of the pork high on the hog of
corruption within governments. You know more of the greed of the evil
Masters of War than I could ever dream in my worst nightmare. How does
your conscience allow you to sleep? I make no secret of my contempt
for George Bush and his cohorts and I will be complaining of them as
individuals in court in due course. If history offers any lessons to
republicans, perhaps they should study the actions of Brian Mulroney.
In my opinion it was his greed and malice that caused the demise of
his political party and George Bush is taking his band of thieves down
the same path.
If anyone were to ask me, I would have to predict that an
entertaining Three-Ring Circus is about to unfold its tent in the Big
Apple. I think ol P.T. Barnham would be proud of me. Rest assured that
I am of no physical threat to anyone. I am having more fun than ten
men. An interesting side show should be whether or not Martha Stewart
finds out about her lawyers ignoring the fact that I could have helped
her refute the Feds claims against her before you folks figure what
side of the fence is politically correct to jump down to. If she finds
out before you speak up about what you now know to be true, methinks
she is going to be awful mad at you. Martha is far from dumb and loves
to litigate when it is to her advantage. It will be amazing how quick
she turns the worm on her adversaries. Comey did say it was all about
lying. Right? It should be quite a giggle for all when we see what
sort of pie she and her mama bake to throw in Larry King�s face when
they discover he has known for quite some time. The clown in this
circus is me. I have nothing to lose as I scurry about teasing the
stuffed shirts before I pop their balloon. I will leave you to wonder
what I do next. I wouldn�t want to spoil the show. Say hey to Alberto
Gonzales for me will ya? Tell him I will�.

First I must thank and commend you for being willing to
meet me and take my documents etc. In my book that speaks volumes
about you integrity, As the New York U.S. Attorney Comey said this is
all about lying. If you are who appear to be, your clients are not
foolish but really rather lucky. I am a quick study but I did choose
not to study other people's impressions of you and become prejudiced
about your character before meeting you. I must admit I was somewhat
spooked when you seemed to hold the likes of Michael Fredrickson in
high regard. Now that we are unable to meet, I will simply serve upon
you exactly the same documents etc. that were recently received by the
CEO of Taxpayers against Fraud and a CD containing scans of every
document filed in every court in every matter I am involved in. When
we do meet, I will rely on my own senses to tell me if you are
trustworthy. If you speak up about the truth of these matters now it
may be just out of personal self-interest. I won't know if it was a
truly ethical act until I look you in the eye. Whether or not you do
anything with your newfound knowledge does not negate the fact that I
have now made you a witness to my pursuit of justice. You will be

much time with them when I become dubious. Please feel free to break
the mold and impress me with ethical behavior. As I said, if you are
interested one of my children can make you a wealthy man, if I allow
you to have him or her for a client. I am their guardian. The crook,
Mr. Bixby, was only appointed to speak for my unborn children. With
regards to your client, I will only speak my opinion of his political
persecution when I deem that the time is politically correct to be of
aid in his defense. Right now I am nobody. If I die before the time is
right, I am certain my Spirit will set him free. He and I have had the
same hero our whole lives. We have had one ghost in common and now we
know the same lawyer. While you talk the talk, we will walk the walk.
