When I first started investigating Kevin Annett, an idiot on youtube
using the handle "wernerbock" who is actually "david raymond amos"
trolling a man named werner bock, started to pester me for something

This half-wit sent me the following criminal code to try and intimidate me:
299. A person publishes a libel when he
(a) exhibits it in public;
(b) causes it to be read or seen; or
(c) shows or delivers it, or causes it to be shown or delivered, with
intent that it should be read or seen by the person whom it defames or
by any other person.
R.S., c. C-34, s. 263.
Punishment of libel known to be false
300. Every one who publishes a defamatory libel that he knows is false
is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a
term not exceeding five years.
R.S., c. C-34, s. 264.
unfortunately, this fool doesn't know that one has to read the whole
code to figure out if such a thing is a crime or not. As it turns
out:
300. Every one who publishes a defamatory libel that he knows is false
is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a
term not exceeding five years.
I have no idea if you are a murderer David Raymond Amos. Although
maybe, considering the psychotic tendencies which I've watched you
engage in. "Cease and Desist" has a very clear legal meaning and as
such it needs only be mentioned once. And now you get the point,
seeing as I mentioned it many times to coax you into the lesson I just
schooled you in.
You suffer from delusions of grandeur. You think you are important
when you are the laughingstock of politics. Canada did well to not
have you at the control of anything. Fredericton saved itself by
voting for anything but you. The rest of the world seems to agree
that you are a disturbed enough individual that you need legal
restraint.
