if we were all one, then there would not be the great division already
existing where here in America where some people are taught in the
public fool system that minimum wage enforced by law is a good thing,

is a good thing as well cuz "they know better" what is good fer us all

caused cuz some of us do not pay our "fair share" of tax that they
dicate to us what is fair, while they are about the most unfair people
you could find in any culture, or any religion anywheres? And I kinda
think that is true in Canada fer youse guys up north as it is here in
the states too, insofar as the political and many of the (so called)
religious leaders go, as well as most other countries also?

Perhaps Michael Chong or somebody else may finally stand in Parliament
and simply ask his boss Harper of one of his Ministers such as
Falherty or Toews or Nicholson who the hell I am and why
have I been calling, faxing, emailing and sometimes sending hard copy
too to many of you smiling bastards called parliamentarians for so
many years?

In 2006 in my humble opinion Michael Chong had ethically resigned as
Minister of Intergovrnmental Affairs and two other positions in
protest of Harper's motion on Québécois as a nation. So in 2007 I
called his office and then sent him 12 emails until the end of June
when I gave up on him having any integrity. It is now six years later
and Chong continues to serve Mr Harper today. Looks I was right to
give up on him log ago EH?

The first email is immediately below following it is the last email I
ever sent him that I or my computer can recall anyway. To see a true
copy of the aforesaid emails all one has to do is surf the net and
find them within my old blog called "Just Dave"

In the first email I was clearly I was having some fun wirh Chong's
concerns about Quebec while Harper was paying them off within his
budget. I was also addressing death threat and the fact that US
Treasury Agents had covered up mu whistle blowing efforts in the USA
while my Yankee Brother in Law attackd my wife and I.

In the the 12th email I sent Chong in 2007 I am obviously asking the
liberal Senators and Terry Mercer in particular to ignore the
questionable orders of the sneaky Quebecer Mr Dion because he was to
chicken t have an election.

Wheras everything in heaven and hell is done in threes I included a
third email. It is the last but far from the least. In fact it is the
most important because insteare of addressing mere matters of money I
address the crime of MURDER as I registere my indignation towars WAR.

Tat email was answered by the NDP in 2006 with their cut and past
bullshit. However as soon as I got it called Dewars office and thanked
them for it but strongly suggest that they read the email I sen them
because I would be publishing every word of it and did so in a
heartbeat.

Over the years since I reminded everybody and his about the NDP
response that provided the proof that all parliamentarian had
knowledge of my concerns about Harper and Bankers.and corrupt Justice
Systems etc before I came home to run for a seat in the 38th
Parliament in 2004. To this very vary not only does Mr Chong still
follow Harper around like sick puppy the NDP, the liberals, what is
left of the Bloc, the one Green Meanie and far from ethical
independents do to.

Please notice Dewar was the one answered me before Harper's first
budget was history. We had not lost many people in Harper's war as of
that point in history. Everybody knew I registereed my indignation
that Harper had immediately sent our people back into the battlefielss
in order to further support George Bush's ridiclous war. I even
questioned the Deputy Minister of Defense Ward Elcock's assistant''s
about the fact that I did not even believe Harper could do it untill
Parliament voted on it. One assistan Brent Babcock called me on
Blackberry from Boston and one Peter MacKay's lawyers Alan Kessel
called me on behalf of DEFAIT. I begged them to check my files that
were in various offices for over 2 years. I did not expect the lawyer
Ward Elcock to be ethical because he was the boss of CSIS hen the
Yankees tried to take me to Gitmo and he was deeply involved in
covering up Araar's matter as well. However I was glad the other dudes
called until a friend called me and told me he heard the RCMP were
preparing to send a SWAt team to the camp where I was stayng with my

everybody the ticket to unseat Harper long BEFORE the night before the

Despite what the liberals may say about Harper tonight and his
motives, it is Duceppe that is playing the short term political game.
He is also winning bigtime. He only wants the cash for Quebec right
now to bolster his party's political fate in the upcoming provincial
election and have the money in the bank before Harper's mandate is
lost. If soldiers from Quebec start getting deployed and killed
overseas, the Bloc will lose alot of support in Quebec in the next

The first thing I would like to know in Federal Court someday
soon is why Stevey Boy Harper and his cowboy cohorts slandered Arar in
one parliament for the benefit of their Yankee buddies. Then when they
rule the roost in another parliament, they defend Arar to the Yankees
and claim it was the liberals who had offended him. Yet everbody
everybody knows it was the RCMP that had acted wrongfully all along
and nobody says squat? Why do muslims hate Harper and his cohorts
sometimes and sometimes they do not? Who is more fickle of the very

More importantly why is Harper and his cohorts within the RCMP
allowing muslims and their friends in Canada to threaten my life when
they all know I was the guy who tried to support Arar and his Yankee
lawyers within CCR in New York way back in Nov, 2003 while Wayne
Easter and Ashcroft were proving they were liars like the smiling
bastards they are? Why do I have to take on nasty muslims and bible
pounding facists alone? Did not Landslide Annie McLellan affirm the
simple fact that there was a rather big problem in writing as soon as
she was appointed the first Minister of Public Safety? She had to
because the Inspector General of the DHS had notified me in November
of 2003 that he would investigate my matters right after Elliot
Spitzer testified before the Senate Banking Commitee in Washington on
November 20th, 2003 and sent me a letter dated that very day thanking
me for the information. Everybody knows I am the man from
Massachusetts that was calling everybody names that the turncoat
Senator Shelby mentioned during the hearing about Putnam Investments
and the SEC. Hell the DHS even gave me a complaint number to refer to
just like the US Special Counsel and the Inspector General of the

officer will even call me back or answer an email as the very crooked

threats coming from within their jurisdiction. How come Minister Oda
and the RCMP allow my email account in Canada to be killed on behalf

Something even more interesting happened while I was addressing

Blackhole IP address issued by ICANN crooks in California. The Fed
feels free to slander and tease me with the words of a letter to the
Canadian Consulate in Boston that had disappeared from the US Mail
just before I was falsely imprisoned in the USA in October of 2004.
What gives with that shit?

To make matters worse, Dean Roger Ray brags of the fact my email
account in Canada is dead and whines that I don't mention him as his
shit keeps rolling in day after day? Why does this fat little bible
pounding skinhead chickenshit living with his Moma in Alberta think
himself so important to be an enemy of mine to even be worth
mentioning? Merely because he claims that I am a corrupt Fed working
with the RCMP against him while being a Hells Angel trying to kill him

What would Stevey Boy Harper do if he were slandered and
threatened in such as fashion? The RCMP certainly know that I do not
work with them nor do I agree with their support of Rampant Public
Corruption. The RCMP are well aware that I am no damned Hells Angel

The RCMP have claimed that they lack the resources or do not have
a mandate to investigate crimes practiced against me but they are more
than willing to arrest me at the drop of one of their silly hats
anytime someone wishes to make a false allegation against me. The
false allegations of the US Ambassdor David Wilkins at Xmass time is a
fine example but not the only one by far. Yet I must deal with the
RCMP knowledge and support of malicious death threats from the USA,
Canada and Saudi Arabia as I try hard to try to impeach George W.
Bush, prepare to run for a seat in the 40th Parliament, study law,
write legal documents and keep myself warm, fed and worry about my
children living without me to watch over them in the very crooked
little town of Milton Massachusetts all at the same time?

If Harper finally gets the election he wants this spring is there
any hope for our Democracy at all? Do you think his Conservative
appointed electoral officers will make it as hard as the liberals did
to allow me the right to put my name on a ballot? Do ya think some
dumb DRO will throw me out of a polling station again or have me
arrested because they do not believe that I am the person whose name
printed on the ballot because the CROWN Corp known as the CBC would
would not even breath my name again?

I have no false hopes that the latest bunch of liberals are any

rhetoric supports a War on Iran. what the hell kind of liberal is he
to be licking George W. Bush's nasty arse these days? The RCMP

assistance whatsoever from any law enforcement authority in Canada or
the USA. I have no resourses whatsoever but they can use all the

office when Cummins was invited to a silent vigil for Maher Arar. In

Maher Arar is the Canadian citizen who was detained illegally in the
United States en route to Canada and deported to Jordan and then to
Syria. Arar was denied access to Canadian officials, prevented from
calling his family, tried through a non-transparent process without a
lawyer present, and deported to his country of birth in violation of
international law. He is currently being held in a Syrian jail.

The statement follows recent comments by Stephen Harper, Diane
Ablonczy, and Stockwell Day of the Canadian Alliance which condemn

PM's new restrictions on media access in a column to his local paper.
Mayes went further and suggested journalists would be more responsible
if they faced jail terms for professional misconduct. "Boy, would the
public get accurate and true information if a few reporters were
hauled away to jail! Maybe it is time that we hauled off in handcuffs
reporters that fabricate stories, or twist information and even

When my farmer friend I got back in from the woods today we got a
call from the lady in CT who owns the website below who posted
portions of wiretap tapes for me a long time ago. She told us as she
was travelling up for a visit she was turned back at the border for
the most ridiculous reason we ever heard. Rest assured my friend and I
went seriously political with the Canadian border guards in a
heartbeat. Tomorrow we will know the score or my name ain't "Just

would be much improvement even if we got rid of bush, (the democrats
are thick as thieves with the idea of the new world order and betrayal
of all America once stood for too, but at least it is a stand for the

fellow regarding illegal wiretaps, and the treachery and deceit

David Amos has made false allegations, or if not, then explain to me
what actions have been taken to remedy this situation. It seems to me
that if indeed our present Administration is guilty of half of the

OTTAWA (CP) - The premiers of Nova Scotia and Newfoundland kept up
their attacks on Prime Minister Stephen Harper on Tuesday as MPs
prepared for a final vote on the federal budget - a document the
Atlantic premiers have denounced as a betrayal.

Nova Scotia's Rodney MacDonald, a Conservative, took his fight over
offshore energy revenues to Ottawa where he was to meet with
opposition leaders, MPs and senators.

MacDonald has been urging all MPs from his province to vote against
the budget implementation bill, which was scheduled to come before the
House of Commons late Tuesday afternoon. It is expected to pass easily
with the support of the Bloc Quebecois.

There were also rumours of a meeting with Harper, but MacDonald's
office said there were no plans for such a meeting and no "direct"
communications with the prime minister's office. Instead, several
cabinet ministers and Harper's main policy adviser were seen emerging
from his offices.

In Nova Scotia, MacDonald's minority government placed newspaper ads
urging residents to call on their 11 MPs to reject the bill because it
effectively negates the Atlantic accord. The accord is a
federal-provincial agreement that is supposed ensure the province is
the "main beneficiary" of its offshore energy sector, with no
clawbacks under the equalization program.

"The 2007 federal budget effectively rips up the accord and breaks the
deal made with Nova Scotians," the ad says, echoing sentiments
expressed by Newfoundland Premier Danny Williams.

"The federal budget comes to a vote this week. Contact your member of
Parliament now and demand that the federal government keep its
agreement - and its word - to the people of Nova Scotia."

One of the MPs feeling the heat is Conservative Gerald Keddy, who had
been waffling about whether to support the budget bill. Prior to
meeting with both MacDonald and Harper, Keddy told his local radio
station in Bridgewater, N.S. that voting against the bill would be
counterproductive.

"We end up then with very few voices from Nova Scotia in government
actually speaking for Nova Scotia," he told CKBW.

"And that option I don't think is one that Nova Scotians want. And at
the end of the day, I don't think it's one that the premier wants."

As he walked into the Commons on Tuesday morning, Keddy said he "had a
lot of thinking to do."
Foreign Affairs Minister Peter MacKay, the cabinet minister in charge
of Atlantic Canada, wouldn't answer questions Tuesday, but media
reports suggested he's also feeling the pressure.

Reports said MacKay was asked last week by Harper's communications
director to sign a provocative letter to a Halifax newspaper saying
the criticism of the budget was based on "urban myth." MacKay
reportedly refused and Finance Minister Jim Flaherty's name eventually
appeared on the statement.

The federal Conservatives insists that nobody is breaking the Atlantic
accords because the provinces are given a choice between those
agreements and a fatter equalization payment with some clawbacks of
resource revenues.
MacDonald said he hopes to enlist the aid of Liberal Leader Stephane
Dion and some senators in fighting the change.

The government says it must have final passage of the budget by the
end of June in order for a host of programs and tax changes to take
effect.
But Nova Scotia Senator Terry Mercer, a Liberal, says there's no way
it will pass by June 30.

It wasn't immediate clear how the government would respond to such a
delay.

Harper has responded to the latest salvos from Nova Scotia,
Newfoundland and Saskatchewan by challenging the provinces to bring
the dispute before the courts.

Williams took to the airwaves to describe the prime minister's
behaviour as "childish."

"Stephen Harper is the de facto leader of this country ... and it's
about time he started acting like one instead of trying to pit
provinces against each other," Williams said.

He said Harper's suggestion that the matter should be settled by the
courts was a blatant bid the make the issue go away.

"The federal government has badly mismanaged this. Their
communications strategy has been an absolute disaster," he said,
suggesting that the federal Conservative caucus is now bitterly
divided as the party's popularity plunges in Atlantic Canada.

Meanwhile, a Nova Scotia municipality has passed a resolution that
confirms its support for MacDonald's stand.
Truro Mayor Bill Mills is calling on other communities to do the same,
saying the province should be united in its fight against Ottawa.
Mills said the changes announced in the March 19 federal budget
amounted to "knocking the legs from underneath us."

OTTAWA (CP) - The Conservative government's contentious budget
implementation bill has passed the House of Commons, but a fierce
political battle over resource revenues rages on.

The bill passed 157-103 in the House of Commons on Tuesday, backed by
the Conservatives and the Bloc Quebecois.

But it now heads to the Liberal-dominated Senate where some members
are threatening to delay passage.
Nova Scotia Premier Rodney MacDonald came to Ottawa on Tuesday to
lobby MPs to oppose the bill, calling it a betrayal that effectively
rips up the Atlantic accords on resource revenues.

Newfoundland Premier Danny Williams and Saskatchewan Premier Lorne
Calvert joined the call, also accusing the federal government of
breaking its promise not to clawback resource revenues as part of a
new equalization program.
But ultimately, they were unable to sway a single MP from the
Conservative benches to vote against the minority government, despite
polls showing massive opposition in the East to the federal position.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper insists he's not breaking his promise.
He says the provinces have a choice between keeping their current
accords and accepting a new budget formula.

Nova Scotia MP Gerald Keddy had been wavering on how to vote, but in
the end sided with the government.

His colleague, Bill Casey, was turfed from the Tory caucus last week
for voting against an earlier budget bill. Casey, who now sits as a
Independent Progressive Conservative, voted against the bill again
Tuesday.

Other MPs from Newfoundland and Saskatchewan supported the bill,
including St. John's MP Norm Doyle.
Williams said his longtime friend made a mistake.

"Norm is my biggest disappointment. I'm not at all surprised at the
other two because that's all I would expect," he said, referring to
cabinet minister Loyola Hearn and MP Fabian Manning.

The budget's new formula boosts equalization payments to have-not
provinces, but limits the amount of resource revenues that Nova Scotia
and Newfoundland can keep in their coffers.

That spurred accusations of betrayal from those provinces, who say the
2005 Atlantic accords allow them to keep 100 per cent of the oil and
gas dollars, plus receive equalizaton payments.

Saskatchewan is also miffed because Harper said during the last
federal election it would be able to keep its resource revenues. It
does not have a deal such as the Atlantic provinces.

Calvert had his own digs for Tory Saskatchewan MPs.

"Perhaps they simply take for granted the support that put them in the
House of Commons. If that's the case, I think it's a very poor
strategy on their part."

MacDonald met with Harper and two key cabinet ministers to discuss the
ongoing dispute Tuesday. He emerged from the meeting with Harper,
Finance Minister Jim Flaherty and Foreign Affairs Minister Peter
MacKay saying no deal had been reached and Ottawa must respect the
2005 Atlantic accord on resource revenues.

"We've had some positive discussions, but again, until we see the
province being the full beneficiary, we're not veering from our
position," he said.

After the vote, MacDonald said he remained optimistic because Harper
expressed openness to further talks. But Flaherty insisted there will
be no "side-deal" - only discussions on implementing the new
equalization formula.
